What should I expect at my first appointment?

We start by asking you to arrive a few minutes prior to your appointment in order to fill out a new client intake form, which includes a health history. Please bring a list of your current medications and surgical history. Your therapist will then take you to a therapy room, where you may discuss what brings you in for your appointment, as well as any expectations, needs, or concerns you may have. Our goal is to partner with you in your wellness.

Are your therapists licensed?
